Happy Monday!

So I just got a Google reminder for myself to go to a non-existent spin class today. I will not be going.I don't know who put that on my summertime nesting list, but I'm going to pretend like it wasn't me and like its not there. INSTEAD, I have been happily attending a new Pilates class all summer. Much more up my alley...minus the swing dancing we did last week that totally caught this little runner off guard.

Other things you might like to know...

• The Help is definitely worth seeing. John liked it, too. Great date night idea for sure.
• A dead rat on your doorstep is 10 times worse than the 50 cockroaches in your garage.
  
• Playing rock-paper-scissors to see who has to pick up the dead rat and throw it away is a really bad idea. Good thing John did it anyway even though I lost.
• John is a disc golf all-star. Seriously...he plays in pro tournaments and everything!
• My marathon training has officially commenced!!! Early birthday present GPS watch is on its way!
  
• Owen is so sweet. Did you already know that? : ) He is also starting to feel a lot better.
  
• This week is Theology Uncorked and I am speaking. Houston ladies, come!!!
• Another shout out to Houston!!! We can bring Pumpkin Spice to our city a week early: I'm a pumpkin spice fiend!
• Owen has an appointment with the pediatric neurosurgeon this Friday-we would appreciate your prayers.
